About

After more than twenty years in operational roles as a buyer, negotiator, and category manager within national and international purchasing groups in France, Germany, and China, as well as for French mid-sized food companies, I turned to the field of professional training. I founded Oxmind and have also worked in the industrial and pharmaceutical sectors.

Antoine Petitjean

After a DESS Marketing at the IAE of Aix-en-Pce, Antoine developed his expertise in purchasing for leaders in mass retail in France and internationally. He will put himself at the service of your priorities: purchasing strategy, commercial negotiation, range management, optimization of supplier portfolios, etc.

Alain Mucke

A graduate of the MS in supply chain and purchasing management at SKEMA, an expert in supply chain issues, Alain also has extensive experience in purchasing management and commercial negotiation. He will be able to effectively support you in your transformation projects.

Jean-Luc Rossignol

A graduate of ESC Bordeaux, the ESCP Executive MBA and a Manager certificate from Mines Paris-PSL, Jean-Luc has developed his expertise in marketing, impact project development and intercultural management in consumer goods and retail, in France, Germany and China.

We are convinced of the importance of continuous learning in a world of profound and rapid change.

We provide tailor-made training adapted to your realities, closely aligned with your challenges and those of your teams. Our training courses offer an alternation of theoretical sequences and practical exercises. At least 50% of our training time is dedicated to exercises and simulated cases, close to the reality experienced by your teams. This provides the opportunity to train in a caring and secure environment, where mistakes have no consequences for the activity.

Our preference is for face-to-face modalities, which allow trainees to focus better. However, distance modalities are also possible. We recommend small groups of 6 to 8 people, the optimal size to address the expectations of all participants and to encourage discussion. Finally, good humor is a bias of Oxmind.
